that it is out of copyright, that you hold the copyright, or that you have the
permission of the copyright holder. We respect the intellectual property rights
of others and we prohibit users from uploading, posting or otherwise
transmitting on the website any materials that violate another party's
intellectual property rights.

2. Items on the site should not be obscene or offensive in any way, and
should meet any legal requirements of any country in which they may be viewed.
We are committed to maintain a high standard, and the Site Administrator
reserves the right to remove any poems or comments that fail to meet that
standard, and to bar any individual from accessing various areas of the site.

3. If you find your own poem on here without your permission, we would be pleased to add your copyright information under the poem. Alternatively, we will remove it under the terms of our copyright notice.
